Tenders are invited for Designing, Developing, Printing and Supplying of Draw Lottery Tickets for the Period of One Year (Lagna Wasanawa, Kapruka, Ada Kotipathy, Super Ball, Sasiri, Shanida, Supiri Dhana Sampatha, New Lottery & Jaya Sampatha Draw Lottery Tickets) Bidding documents may be purchased from the Procurement Division of the Development Lotteries Board, No. 356, Dr. Colvin R. de Silva Mawatha, Colombo 02, during the period from 06.07.2026 to 27.07.2026, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m., from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), upon payment of a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 60,000.00 (inclusive of taxes) in cash.
