Expression of Interest for Supply of Tempest Laptops, Desktops and Monitors The European Commission intends to purchase TEMPEST Small Form Factor (SFF) workstations (13 desktops, 2 laptops and 4 monitors ) IASG 7-03 Level A for the electronic handling of EU Classified Information (EUCI) in its classified Communication and Information System (CIS). The workstations are intended to replace outdated TEMPEST workstations and ensure that the highest security standards can be maintained in the relevant CIS. Taking into account the work environment, the electromagnetic radiation level of the workstations shall be compliant with IASG 7-03 Level A (1). It is crucial that the equipment is ready to use by 30/11/2026 in order to maintain its classified CIS current and up to date. Only the economic operators identified in the Council of European Unions List of accredited TEMPEST companies that are authorised to sell the TEMPEST equipment will be invited to tender.
