Work Detail
Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning and Janitorial Services. A complete set of bidding documents in English language could be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application with a payment slip to the Senior Assistant Registrar/ General Administration, Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 3,500/= (per one set of documents). The mode of payment in cash should be deposited into the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine Account No. 193413, Bank of Ceylon, Super Grade Branch, Borella. The bidding documents will be issued from 06.07.2026 to 27.07.2026 during working hours. The bid should be accompanied by a Bid Security to the value of Rs. 180,000/-. Bid Security must be given as a bank guarantee and should be addressed in favor of "Deputy Bursar, Postgraduate Institute of Medicine". Bid Security should be valid up to 10.11.2026 and should be attached to the bidding document.
