The Works Will Consist In The Construction Of A Base And Bituminous Surface, Including A Binding Layer Of The Ac16w Mineral-Asphalt Mixture With A Thickness Of 6 Cm And A Wearing Course Of The Ac11s Mixture With A Thickness Of 4 Cm, Along With The Construction Of Roadsides And Exits Within The Road Right-Of-Way. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz, I.E. Bill Of Quantities, Illustrative Map, Hereinafter Referred To As Technical Documentation. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 793, As Amended), The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation.
