The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Conducting A Workshop Entitled: Education For Mental Health For Children And Adolescents Covered By The Green Umbrella Project, Implemented By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Rzeczenica, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, Which Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Implemented Under The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027, Measure 5.1 Social Innovations (Innovative Social Activities). Educational Workshops On Health Mental Health Services Addressed To Children And Adolescents, With 10 Teaching Hours For Three Groups. Children Aged 7-18 (Divided Into Groups According To Age And/Or Gender). Number Of Children: Maximum 38 In Total (Approx. 12-13 People In A Group). It Is Recommended To Conduct Workshops In The Formula Of Five Meetings, Two Hours Each For Each Group. Total Number Of Teaching Hours: 30. The Classes Will Be Held In Pieniężnica (Rzenica Commune). The Ordering Party Provides A Place, Transport And Meals For The Project Participants. The Aim Of The Classes Is: • To Disseminate Knowledge About Mental Health, • To Shape Behaviors And Habits Beneficial To Mental Health, • To Develop Skills In Coping With Situations That Threaten Mental Health And To Seek Help, • To Build A Positive Attitude Towards Seeking Help From A Psychologist And A Psychiatrist.The Thematic Scope Of The Classes Should Include The Following Issues: • What Is Mental Health? • How To Take Care Of Yourself And Support Your And Your Loved Ones Mental Health? Healthy Habits, Building Positive Relationships, Showing Boundaries, Dealing With Stress; • What Signals Should Cause Concern? • Whos Who? Who Helps In The Case Of Mental Health Problems - The Roles Of A Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Psychiatrist, Sexologist; • Human Sexuality (Appropriate To The Age Group); • What Image Of Women And Men Is Spread By The Media? Consequences Of Gender Stereotyping; • Where To Get Help (Specific Telephone Numbers And Addresses In The Area). The Schedule Containing Days And Hours Of Classes Depends On The Preferences And Needs Of The Project Participants And Will Be Established By The Contractor And The Ordering Party Upon Conclusion Of The Contract. The Schedule May Be Changed By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. Any Changes To The Schedule Must Be Notified To The Contractor No Later Than 5 Days Before The Day To Which The Change Applies. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Trainer Will Also Work In The Afternoon And On Public Holidays, Including Weekends. Work Will Take Place From 9 A.M. To 7 P.M.
