1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Warehouse For Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In Kluczbork At Ul. Byczyńska 120, Plot No. 9/82. The Building Will Be Used To Store Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources. General Information About The Building - The Warehouse Is A Single-Story Building, Without A Basement, With A Gable Roof With A Slight Angle Of Inclination. 2. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using, Among Others: Technical Designs, Detailed Design, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Integral Part Of This Tor. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse In The Form Of A Steel Structure Hall With A Separate Office Room, A Toilet And The So-Called Handy Warehouse Inside The Hall. The Order Also Includes Hardening The Area And Access To The Facility, Water Supply Connection, Sanitary Sewage Connection And Energy Connection. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes All Preparatory, Earthwork, Construction, Installation, Finishing And Assembly Works Related To The Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Construction Works And Obtain, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Required Documents Enabling Commencement Of Use, And Obtain Occupancy Permits On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 4. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 8. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified B
