1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Staircases Along With Accompanying Works In Buildings Managed By Bytomskie Mieszkanie Ul. Staromiejska 2 And 2 Of, Ul. Staromiejska 3.2. The Scope Of Construction And Installation Works Is Diverse And Includes General Construction Works, Plastering And Painting Works, And Carpentry Works.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Attached As Annex No. 1.1.A To The Swz - Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.4. The Ordering Party Attaches The Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz) As Non-Binding Material. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Indicative And Should Be Treated As Supporting Material For A Quick And General Understanding Of The Material Scope And Size Of The Project. The Quantity And Description Of Individual Items Of The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As Definitive.5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Conservation And Construction Work Program (Appendix No. 1.1.B To The Swz) And In Accordance With The Decisions/Permits/Opinions/Recommendations Of The Conservator/Consents Of The Communities.6. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Order.8. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Procedure Into Parts, Which Is Justified By Technical And Organizational Reasons - The Subject Of The Order Is Performed In One Location And Constitutes A Functional Whole. Dividing The Procedure Into Parts Would Result In The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract On A Small Area.
