1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Provincial Road No. 563 On The Section From Km 1 + 244 To Km 2 + 048 In The Scope Of Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Including The Construction Of A Section Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Made Of Concrete Paving Stones In The Distance From Km 1 + 298 To Km 2 + 048 With Sections Of The Necessary Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads Ul. Bohaterów Czerwca 1956 R. And Ul. Albinism. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of The Section Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path From Km 1+244 To Km 1+298, Previously Completed By The Ordering Party. 2. Existing Condition: Provincial Road Of Technical Class Z. Road With A Bituminous Surface, Approximately 9.0 M Wide, Limited By Concrete Road Curbs. The Road Has Sidewalks On Both Sides, Including The Right Side Made Of Concrete Paving Stones And The Left Side Made Of Concrete Paving Slabs, Scheduled For Demolition. The Road Is Drained By A Storm Sewage System. The Following Networks Are Located In The Road: Storm Sewage, Sanitary Sewage, Water, Gas, Telecommunications, Electricity And Road Lighting. The Development Of The Area Surrounding The Road Consists Mainly Of Production, Commercial And Service Buildings. 3. The Planned Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: Execution Of: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, Including: Clearing Trees, Removing Shrubs, Demolition Of Fragments Of The Road Surface Structure And Exits, Demolition Of The Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Tiles, 2) Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths With A Width Of 2.5÷2.8 M Made Of Phaseless Concrete Paving Stones On A Sand-Cement Ballast With A Frame Made Of Concrete Edges And A Base Made Of Aggregate Mixture And A Sand Drainage Layer, 3) A Separation Band Between Road And The Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Made Of 9/11 Stone Cubes On A Sand-Cement Ballast, An Aggregate Base And A Sand Drainage Layer, 4) Corrections To The Geometry Of The Intersection Inlet With Ul. Bohaterów Czerwca And Ul. Bielawki, 5) Changes In The Location Of The Bus Stop, 6) Bicycle Crossings And Pedestrian Crossings With Hybrid Road Lighting Powered By Solar And Wind Energy, 7) Reconstruction Of Exits And Accesses To Properties, Including The Replacement Of Fragments/Strips Of The Surface, 8) Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Attention! The Marking Applies To The Entire Section Covered By The Design Documentation, I.E. From Km 1+244 To Km 2+048. 9) Vertical Regulation Of Technical Infrastructure Devices, 10) Road Greenery (Lawns). 4.
