The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Performance Of Technical Expertise In Buildings Selected By The Ordering Party Or Their Parts, In Terms Of Serving As Places Of Emergency Shelter In The Kamienica Polska Commune. List Of The Ordering Partys Buildings For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Kindergarten In Kamienica Polska, Ul. Marii Konopnicka 11A, 42-260 Kamienica Polska,2) Branch Of The Kindergarten In Kamienica Polska Based In Osiny, Ul. Częstochowska 165, 42-260 Osiny.2. Technical Expertise Is Intended To Assess The Technical Condition And Suitability Of Buildings Or Their Parts That Can Be Used As A Place Of Temporary Shelter In Emergency Situations And To Indicate Possible Solutions To Adapt To Applicable Regulations.3. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.4. The Detailed Scope, Requirements And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Order Subject Description (Opz) - Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.5. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.6. For Each Building, An Overview Showing The Proposed Location Of Emergency Shelter Places (Mds) Has Been Attached - Basement Plans. The Drawings Are For Illustrative Purposes Only And Do Not Constitute An Indication That All Rooms Can Be Adapted To Serve As Temporary Shelters. The Contractor Of The Expert Opinion Is Obliged To Carry Out A Functional And Technical Analysis And Indicate The Rooms With The Best Adaptation Possibilities In The Mds.
