1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of The Municipal Road Ul. Podgórze In The Town Of Brzóza. All Construction Works Under This Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documentation Included In The Appendices To This Swz: - Design Documentation - Road Industry, - Bill Of Quantities, The Scope Of Works Includes: - Preparatory Works (Marking Out The Road Route, Locating And Discovering Area Utilities), - Earthworks (Excavations And Embankments Related To The Construction Of A Roadbed And Shoulders), - Construction Of The Road Substructure, - Construction Of A Road Surface Bituminous, - Improvement Of The Road Surface With A Crushed Stone Mixture, - Installation Of Road Markings And Road Safety Devices. 2. Moreover, Under This Order, The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Is Obliged To: Provide A Minimum 36-Month Quality Guarantee For The Construction Works Performed And Construction Materials And Products Used To Perform The Order, - Prepare Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Documentation And Submit It To The Ordering Party After The Completion Of The Construction Works, - The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made Of New Construction Materials, For Which The Contractor Will Provide Certificates Or Attestations Of Approval For Use At Each Request Of The Supervision Inspector And Will Forward Them To The Ordering Party In On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, - After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Date Of Their Acceptance, The Construction Site Must Be Cleaned And Returned To In A Proper Condition, No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works, - Obtain All Legally Required Decisions Authorizing The Use Of The Facility. 3. Provisions Regarding The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. The Documentation Is Available On The Ordering Partys Website Or At The Ordering Partys Office. 2) If The Documentation And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Use Product Names Indicating Their Manufacturer, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products Corresponding To The Technical Parameters Specified In The Documentation. 3) The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area Covered By Future Construction Works Under This Subject Of The Order In Order To Become Familiar With The Conditions For The Implementation Of These Works.4) Handover Of The Construction Site - Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Contractor, The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector On A Date Agreed By The Parties.5) The Materials From The Demolition Of Existing Surfaces Will Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party By The Contractor After Prior Indication Of
