Due To The Requirement To Distribute Water To The Network, Active, Continuous Operation Of One Existing Storage Tank Is Assumed Until The Construction, Commissioning And Acceptance Of Two New Tanks Zp1, Zp2. The Demolition Of The Second Existing Tank Can Be Performed After Partial Acceptance Of The Construction Of New Tanks And Approval For Disposal. The Contractor Will Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility From The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Wadowice. The Contractor Will Have A Power Of Attorney To Act On Behalf Of The Investor. The Order Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. 5.2 The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Architectural And Construction Design, Demolition Design, Land Development Design, Bill Of Quantities And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
