1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Investment Titled Reconstruction Of Rooms For Aos Szpital Lipno Sp. Z O. O. In Lipno Including: The Investment Task Concerns The Reconstruction Of The Second Floor Of Building C Of The Lipno Sp. Hospital. Z O. O. (Current Administration Department) In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of Hospital Clinics. The Rooms Intended For Adaptation Will Ultimately Have Three Sets Of Rooms: A Set Of Outpatient Clinic Rooms, A Complex Of Endoscopy Rooms And A Hospital Analytical Laboratory. This Task Concerns Only The Stage Related To The Set Of Specialist Outpatient Clinic Offices, Which Will Include The Following Clinics: Gynecology And Obstetrics, Surgery, Allergology, Laryngology, Neurology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Occupational Medicine, Cardiology, Diabetes, Surgery Trauma And Orthopedics.
