Tenders Are Invited For Organization - Preparing And Conducting Training For A Family Assistant For Participants Of The Pomeranian Power Of Knowledge Project

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization - Preparation And Conduct Of Training For A Family Assistant For Participants Of The Pomeranian Power Of Knowledge Project. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: • Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz; • Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Formal Requirements Regarding The Contractor: 1) The Contractor Must Have A Current Decision Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Approving Training Programs For A Family Assistant For A Period Of 5 Years. The Decision Approving The Program Should Be Valid At Least Until December 31, 2027.2) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Training In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of December 9, 2011 On Training For A Family Assistant.3) The Method Of Carrying Out The Training Will Be In Accordance With The Application And The Documentation Attached To It, On The Basis Of Which The Training Entity Obtained The Consent Of The Minister Responsible For Family To Conduct The Training In Question. 4) The Contractor Must Have Persons Capable Of Performing The Order And All These Persons Were Indicated In The Application To The Minister Responsible For Social Security For Consent To Conduct Training And For Whom The Consent Was Issued And Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of December 9, 2011 On Training For Family Assistants. 3. The Law Applicable To This Order (Including The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure And For The Assessment Of The Legal Effects Of All Documents In This Order) Is Polish Law, Taking Into Account European Union Law.4. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In Swz.6. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.7. The
