Stefana Okrzei 1, 05-822 Milanówek,3) State Archives In Warsaw Branch In Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Ul. Poniatowskiego 14, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki. 3. The Detailed Scope And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As: K.P.), I.E. At Least Persons Performing Physical Protection Activities Of Facilities.5.
