Słoneczna In Szczerców - Gravity Channel Diameter 200 Pvc - 112 M. - Trenchless Method / Drilling With A Casing Pipe With A Diameter Of 315 Mm, L = 7.2 M; - Concrete Inspection Wells With A Diameter Of 1000 Mm - 4 Pcs.; - Plastic Well With A Diameter Of 400 Mm - 1 Pc.; - Tee 200/160 - 2 Pcs.; - Branches Sanitary Sewage System Made Of Pvc Pipes With A Diameter Of 160 Mm, L = 14.8 M - 3 Pcs.; - Relocation / Recessing Of The Water Supply Connection - 1 Set; - Marking The Sewerage Route With Warning Tape; - Tightness Test; - Reconstruction Of The Surface After The Works2. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Technical Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Bill Of Quantities. The Submitted Bill Of Quantities Is Treated As An Information Document That Facilitates The Contractors Valuation. The Contractor May Use It, But Is Not Obliged To Do So. The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For Determining The Amount Of Work And For Calculating The Lump Sum Remuneration On This Basis.3. All Technologies, Materials And Products Used Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, And Must Have Current Approvals And Admission Certificates, In Accordance With The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 883).4. The Contractor Is Obliged To, Among Other Things: - Provide Complete Surveying Services In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order - As-Built Documentation Of The Facility Along With Changes Made During Construction, Confirmed By The Construction Manager, Supervision Inspector And Designer, - Provide A Statement From The Construction Manager On The Compliance Of The Facility With The Design, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards, - Markings And Protection Of Installations On The Ground Surface And Underground Devices, - Cleaning And Monitoring Of The Sanitary Sewer, 5. In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To Works Or Equipment (E.G. Existing Infrastructure) During The Execution Of Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them (Restore Them To Their Previous Condition) At His Own Expense,6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Make A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. In Order To Document The Inspection, The Contractor Or A Person Authorized By Him, After The Inspection, Should Sign A Document Confirming The Inspection On A Report Prepared By The Ordering Party At The Ordering Partys Office, Room 15. This Is A Necessary Condition. An Offer That Is Submitted Without An Inspection (I.E. No Confirmation In The Ordering Partys Report) Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Article 226 Section 1 Point 18) Of The Public Procurement Law.
