1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of Communication Routes And Parking Spaces As Part Of The Area Development Project Around Lubno Castle. 2. This Order Is Co-Financed By The Government Local Investment Fund.3. The Study Area Is Located In The Czarny Bór Commune, On The Northern Side Of Zamkowa Street, On Plots No. 215/3, 215/4, District: Czarny Bór. 4. The Subject Of The Order Is A Land Development Project Including, Among Others: Construction Of: 1) A Pedestrian And Driving Route With A Paved Surface, 2) An Exit From A Public Road, 3) 9 Parking Spaces With A Paved Surface, 4) A Square With A Paved Surface Made Of Clinker Paving Stones, 5) Cutting Down Trees Interfering With The Investment. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Are Annexes No. 12 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Limited In Relation To The One Originally Described And Includes Only The Elements Described Above. Due To The Above, The Provisions Of The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Annexes To The Swz Should Be Interpreted And Applied Only To The Extent Related To The Above-Mentioned Works. The Remaining Elements Included In The Design Documentation Do Not Constitute The Subject Of This Order And Are Not Subject To Valuation Or Implementation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Valuation Only Based On The Above-Defined, Limited Scope Of The Order. Any Costs Resulting From Incorrect Interpretation Of The Scope Of Work Or Including Works That Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Order In The Offer Will Be Borne By The Contractor And Will Not Constitute The Basis For Claims Against The Ordering Party.
