1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation, In The Design And Build Formula, Of The Task Entitled: Execution Of The Electrical Installation Of A Fire Protection Switch In The Facilities Of The Academy Of Fine Arts At Ul. Plac Wałowy 15 In Gdańsk, Including The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction, Electrical, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning And Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.2) The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Facilities Of The Academy Of Fine Arts Located At Ul. Plac Wałowy 15 In Gdańsk, In Particular The Mała Zbrojownia Building And The Forty Building.3) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Carrying Out A Site Inspection Of The Facilities, Including An Inspection Of The Existing Main Switchboards, Power Supply Systems And The Number And Location Of Entrances To The Facilities; B) Analyzing The Existing Method Of Powering The Facilities And Distributing Electricity, Including The Power Supply For Fire-Fighting Devices; C) Developing A Design Concept And Target Technical Assumptions For The Implementation Of A Fire Protection Power Switch; D) Designing A Solution Including Fire Protection Power Switch, Including Determining Whether To Properly Protect The Facilities, It Is Required To Use One System Serving Both Facilities Or Separate Solutions For Individual Facilities; E) Developing A Construction Design, If Required, A Technical Design And Any Other Industry Studies Required By Law, The Properties Of The Facilities, Requirements Of Administrative Bodies And Approving Entities; F) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements, Conditions, Consents, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents Necessary To Implement The Task, Including Agreeing The Design Documentation With Fire Protection Expert; G) Obtaining The Employers Written Approval For The Adopted Design Solutions At The Concept And Design Documentation Stage; H) Performance Of Construction, Electrical, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Fire Protection Switch Installation; I) Reconstruction Or Extension Of Existing Rg Boards To The Extent Required By The Adopted Design Solution, Together With The Necessary Cabling, And Also, If Required By The Design Documentation, Construction Of A Separate Cabinet Or Cabinets Wg Located Outside Buildings;J) Delivery And Assembly Of A Complete Fire Protection Circuit Breaker System, Including The Actuator, Signaling Devices And Actuating Devices;K) Execution Of Cabling And Cable Routes In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Assuming That They Are Routed As Hidden As Possible And, In Necessary Places, After Consultation With The Ordering Party, Surface-Mounted;L) Performance Of The Required Tests, Examinations, Checks And Measurements, And Commissioning Of The Installation;M) Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Do
