Task No. 1 - Includes The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Insulation Of Walls, Ceilings, Roofs And The Replacement Of Windows And Doors Of The Building Of The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering And Mechatronics At Al. Piastów 19 In Szczecin.2. Conservation Recommendations, Reports On The Energy Audit, Ex-Ante Audit, Information On The Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle And The Energy Performance Certificate Of The Building Of The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering And Mechatronics, The Type And Scope Of The Design And Cost Estimate Works To Be Performed That Constitute The Subject Of This Order, The Types Of Documents Required To Prepare And Issue To The Ordering Party, In Particular The Documents Constituting The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Are Specified: For Task No. 1: 1) Annex No. 2A To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Task No. 1 - All Packed With Annexes 1-7 In A Zip File; A) Annex No. 1 To Opz - Conservation Recommendations No. Bmkz-I.4125.36.2025.Dk Of February 19, 2025; B) Annex No. 2 To The Opz To The Swz - Energy Audit Of The Building, Prepared In April 2024 And The Building Energy Performance Certificate; C) Annex No. 3 To The Opz - Ex-Ante Audit; D) Annex No. 4 To The Opz - Fire Protection Expert Opinion Along With The Decision Of The Kwpspe) Annex No. 5 To The Opz - Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Principle Dnsh;F) Annex No. 6 To The Opz - Information On The Demolition Audit;G) Annex No. 7 To The Opz - Archival Inventory From 19783. The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of This Order Also Includes Additional Benefits (Accessory To Those Indicated In Section 1 Above), Such As: 1) Providing The Ordering Party With The Results Performed Under This Work Agreement And Enabling The Ordering Party To Use Them, In Particular By Transferring To The Ordering Party The Economic Copyrights To The Results Of Work Which Constitute A Work Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights, And Transferring To The Ordering Party The Ordering Partys Ownership Of The Copies (Media) On Which They Will Be Issued; 2) Authors Supervision Activities Under The Conditions Specified In § 12 Of The Template Agreement; 3) Providing The Ordering Party With Substantive Support At The Stage Of Conducting The Proceedings/Proceedings For The Award Of A Public Procurement Contract For Construction Works Regarding The Technical And Construction Documentation Prepared And Issued To The Ordering Party In The Execution Of This Order; 4) Removing Defects And Performing Other Services Under The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty.
