Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula, Covering A Full Cycle Of Design And Implementation Activities Leading To Obtaining Two Residential Premises In A Standard Enabling Their Immediate Use After Final Acceptance, While Maintaining A Consistent For Rent Standard In Both Premises. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out An Inventory Of The Existing Condition, Develop Design Documentation (Including Interior Design And Furniture Arrangement), Obtain The Required Approvals, Perform Construction And Installation Works, Will Carry Out Tests And Measurements, And Then Provide As-Built Documentation And Premises For Use.
