A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Regarding The Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Must Be The Property Of The Contractor. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order And Its Implementation Are Included In The Contract Template, Which Is Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Contractor Grants A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Warranty Conditions Contained In The Warranty Cards Of Individual Equipment Manufacturers.
