Characteristic Parameters Of The Building: Building Area - 480.00 M2 Total Area Of The Building - 960.00 M2 Gross Volume Approx. - 3549.6 M3 Height - 8.91 M - Building Classified As Low (N) Length - 24.00 M Width - 20.00 M Number Of Floors –2 Floors Above Ground, No Underground Floorsusable Area –470.06 M2the Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Development Of Green Areas. During The Construction Stage, The Contractor Will Ensure Water Supply, Sewage Collection And Energy Supply On His Own. It Is Not Technically Possible To Build An Energy Connection During The Construction Period. The Plot Area Is Undeveloped And Fenced, And Has Been Used As A Farm So Far. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Execution And Placement Of An Information Board At The Investment Site In Accordance With The Project Requirements. (To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party) Moreover, As Part Of The Warranty, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Perform Periodic Inspections Of Buildings Within The Meaning Of Art. 62 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682); - Providing Fire Safety Instructions Along With The Purchase Of Required Fire Protection Devices And Fire Extinguishers, And Ensuring Technical Inspections And Maintenance Activities In Accordance With § 6 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Construction Facilities And Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 822).
