The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At Its Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of Works Covered By The Contract, Based On The Traffic Organization Design Provided By The Ordering Party (Temporary Traffic Organization Design - Dynamic Diagram) Or Prepared And Approved By The Contractor, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.2) If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent.3) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 2. The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To Carrying Out Works On Water On An Active Shipping Route Resulting From The Regulations On Inland Navigation, Water Law And Occupational Health And Safety.
