1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of The Sanitary Sewage System From The Town Of Mrzygłód To The Town Of Dębna.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Documentation. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Technical Design, 2) Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Remuneration Will Be A Cost Estimate, The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Binding. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities Received From The Ordering Party, Using The Price Base He Adopted For Cost Estimation And After Adding Vat. The Bid Cost Estimate Must Be Consistent With The Bill Of Quantities And Should Include The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, A Description Of The Works Consistent With The Description Included In The Bill Of Quantities, The Measurements Used In The Bill Of Quantities And A Flat-Rate Net Unit Price For Each Item In The Bill Of Quantities. The Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Point 13.4 Of Swz.3. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, This Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With No Worse Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of A Label In The Design Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond His Control, Cannot Obtain A Label Or An Equivalent Label Specified By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Him, Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In P
