The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular• Demolition Of Road Elements Interfering With The Performance Of The Works (Existing Crushed Aggregate Surface, Culvert, Energy-Absorbing Barriers, Etc.);• Basic Earthworks, Trenching, Construction Of Embankments With Mechanically Stabilized G1 Sand;• Construction Of Crushed Aggregate Sub-Base;• Construction Of Bituminous Ac Surfaces • Strengthening Of Roadsides With Crushed Aggregate• Strengthening Slopes With A Geogrid• Construction Of Roadside Evaporation Ditches;• Construction Of A Culvert Under The Road• Construction Of New Vertical Markings;• Reconstruction Of Existing Road Barriers Sp-064.3. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Construction Design (Text And Graphic Part), 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb.
