Szarych Szeregów 2, 32-065 Krzeszowice.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Preparation Of The Necessary Design Documentation For The Implementation Of: A Parking Lot, Hardening The Area For A Power Generator And An Exit From The Internal Road, Obtaining A Permit For Construction Works Or Reporting The Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law. The Design Documentation Will Be Subject To Acceptance By The Ordering Party. The Works Can Only Be Started After The Documentation Has Been Approved By The Ordering Party. B) Geodetic Marking Out. C) Collecting The Topsoil Layer. D) Earth Excavations: Leveling The Ground And Channeling For The Substructure. E) Laying Pipes And Sewage Wells. F) Installing A Rainwater Retention Tank/Well With A Flow Regulator. G) Laying Protective Pipes For Cable Installations (Lighting, Barrier).H) Construction Of A Drainage Layer Of Sand/Gravel.I) Construction Of A Base Made Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0-63 Mm, Thickness Approx. 50 Cm.J) Laying Concrete Road Curbs.K) Laying Lawn Edges On A Concrete Bench.L) Construction Of The Surface Of: A Parking Lot, For The Aggregate. N) Geodetic Inventory.3) The Implementation Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of Documentation Covering Multi-Discipline Technical Designs (Sanitary And Construction), B) Performance Of The Works Indicated Above Based On The Agreed Technical Design, C) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Sanitary And Construction).4) At Each Stage Of Design, The Documentation Should Be Agreed With The Relevant Designated Industry Inspectors Of The Investment And Renovation Department Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Krakow. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Make Ongoing Arrangements And Cooperate During The Development Of The Documentation In Question. The Ordering Party Also Expects That The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Ordering Partys Suggestions Regarding The Functionality And Standard Of Materials. In This Respect, It Is Prohibited For The Contractor To Uncritically And Unjustifiably Impose Its Design Solutions Without The Approval Of The Ordering Party. 5) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes All Necessary Expertise, Opinions, Declarations, Consents, Resolutions And Decisions, As Well As Research That The Ordering Party Did Not Specify In The Swz And Which May Be Necessary Or Required At The Stage Of Design And/Or Implementation Of Construction Works. 6) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
