The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Chemical Laboratory With Facilities In The Building Of The 1St Secondary School At Ul. Piłsudskiego 4 In Tarnów (Plot No. 4, Precinct 229, Tarnów). The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. A-23/M Of November 14, 2005 And Is Located In The Historic Area Of The City Of Tarnów, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By Decision No. A-86 Of April 12, 1976, And Is Subject To Conservation Protection. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Replacement Of The Floor On The Existing Substructure, 2) Renovation Of The Existing Ceiling Along With The Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures, 3) Replacement Of The Existing Door Joinery,4) Construction Of A Higher Door Lintel Between The Room And The Back Room,5) Replacement Of Wall Cladding And Filling, Priming And Painting Of Walls And Ceiling,6) Construction Of Approaches To The New Fume Hood,7) Construction Of A Teaching Platform In The Teachers Station Area,8) Replacement And Renovation Of Existing Electrical And Low-Voltage Installations, Run On Plaster, Including Making Wall Grooves And Laying Cables Under Plaster, Along With Restoring The Surface Walls,9) Disassembly Of Existing Lighting Fixtures And Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures Adapted To The Functions Of The Teaching Room And Facilities, Ensuring The Required Lighting Parameters In Accordance With Applicable Standards,10) Adapting The Electrical Installation To The New Lighting System, Including Possible Correction Of Power Supply Points And Making The Necessary Connections And Commissioning The Installation,11) Supplying Power To The Exhaust Ventilation Of The Fume Hood,12) Renovation Of The Existing Water And Sewage Installation. Including Fittings,13) Adaptation Of The Ventilation Installation In The Back Room And The Teaching Room,14) Construction Of A Newly Designed Water Supply And Sewage Installation Approach To The Washbasin And Sink In The Back Room,15) Replacement And Renovation Of The Existing Installation Approach To The Sink In The Back Room,16) Execution Of A Newly Designed Water Supply And Sewage Installation Approach To The Sink In The Teaching Room,17) Performance Of The Necessary Works Construction Related To The Above-Mentioned Installation In Wall Grooves And Reconstruction Of Plasters,18) Making The Necessary Connections, Adjustments And Checking The Operation Of The Above-Mentioned Installation After Completion Of The Works,19) Construction Of The Ventilation System Above The Fume Hood From Gkbi Boards, Including Filling And Painting.
