1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Second Stage Of Hardening The Surface Of The Street. Wetlands In Szemud, On The Section From Ul. Czeladnicza To Ul. Leśna, In The Szemud Commune, Using Yomb Boards Provided By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Measurement And Surveying Works, Including The Reconstruction Of The Route And Height Points, B) Construction Of A Gravel And Sand Base, C) Construction Of A Surface From Yomb Boards Along With Exits, D) Regulation Of Existing Underground Infrastructure Manholes, E) Construction And Development Of Roadsides, F) Preparation Of An Inventory As-Built.2) The Total Area Of The Designed Surface With Exits Is 1,135 M². The Length Of The Reconstructed Road Section Is Approx. 275 M, The Number Of Slabs To Be Laid By The Contractor Is 1,514 Pcs. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Post-Construction Geodetic Measurement Of The Task; Documentation Stamped With Appropriate Stamps Confirming Positive Control By The District Office Should Be Submitted In Writing - 3 Copies And Electronically In (Pdf Or Jpg And A File Opened By The Cartographic Program Mmp Or Dxf). 4. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party, Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Technical Information, Or Trademarks, Patents, Sources Of Origin Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated, In Accordance With Article 99(5) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Mentioned Products. This Information Is Included Only To Present The Assumptions And Expectations Of The Ordering Party.
