The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Under This Order Includes: 1. Dismantling Of The Existing Electrical Installation, 2. Dismantling The Existing Socket Installation,3. Disassembly Of Existing Switchboards,4. Construction Of A New Lighting Installation,5. Construction Of A New Socket Installation, 6. Construction Of A New Telecommunications Installation, 7. Construction Of A New Bell Installation, 8. Construction Of New Switchboards,9. Emergency Lighting Installation, 10. Computer Network Installation, Monitoring, 11. Dismantling And Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures, 12. Post-Assembly Measurements And Tests,13. Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of The Final As-Built Documentation, Including Documents Allowing For The Assessment Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Required By Current Legal Regulations, Technical Acceptance Protocols, Test, Measurement And Examination Protocols, As-Built Design Documentation With A List Of Changes Introduced In Relation To The Original Documentation, As Well As Providing Warranty Cards With Warranty Conditions, Instructions (In Polish) For The Use And Operation Of Devices And Products Delivered And Built-In By The Contractor, And Training Of The Users Representatives In The Use And Operation Of These Devices And Products. It Consists Of The Following Documents On The Basis Of Which The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed: − Executive Design − Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) − Bill Of Quantities Of Works.
