Tenders Are Invited For Acting As Technical Supervision Inspector For The First Stage Of Work On The Modernization Of Egib In The Areas Of Drzeńsk Mały, Gostchorze, Gronów, Pleśno And Pławy

The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As A Technical Supervision Inspector Over The Modernization Of Land And Building Records, Carried Out In Accordance With Modernization Projects, Applicable Technical Conditions And Legal Regulations. The Scope Includes Acting As A Technical Supervision Inspector Over The Modernization Of Egib In The Area Of Records: Drzeńsk Mały Commune Gubinthe Supervision Inspector Will Act On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Responsible For: • Supervision Of The Contractors Works, • Control Of Compliance Of The Works With The Modernization Project And Technical Conditions, • Control Of The Egib Working Database, • Control Of Technical Reports And Documentation, • Supervision Of Feeding The Egib Database, • Confirmation Of Stage And Final Acceptance. The Inspector Serves As An Independent Quality Controller Whose Task Is To Ensure That The Modernization Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law, Standards And Principles Of Good Practice Geodetic. Due To The Need To Ensure Full Access To The Materials Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource, Including Archival Documentation, Technical Reports, Source Materials And Ict Systems Available Only In The Local Working Environment, The Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Perform Some Inspection Activities At The Headquarters Of The District Office In Krosno Odrzańskie And At The Branch Office In Gubin. This Obligation Results From The Fact That The Full Pzgik Resource, Including Materials Not Made Available In Digital Form, Is Available Only On-Site At The Ordering Party, And Its Analysis Is Necessary For Proper Supervision Of The Modernization Of Egib. The Supervision Inspector, In Accordance With The Modernization Work Implementation Schedule, Will Appear In Person At The Above-Mentioned. Locations In Order To Carry Out Activities Including In Particular: • Verification Of Technical Reports And Source Documentation, • Control Of The Egib Working Database, • Analysis Of Pzgik Materials, • Participation In Stage And Final Acceptance, • Participation In Activities Related To The Presentation Of The Report Design. These Activities Must Be Performed On-Site Because Access To The Full Range Of Data And Pzgik Materials Is Not Fully Possible Remotely, And Their Analysis Is An Integral Element Of Substantive Supervision. The Supervision Inspector Performs Inspection Activities At The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party, But At Least Three Times A Month And Each Time At The Ordering Partys Request, In The Event Of The Need To Verify Documentation, Data Or Participate In Acceptance Activities. The Presence Of The Inspector At The Ordering Partys Premises Is Mandatory, In Particular During The Inspection Of The Working Database, Verification Of Reports, Stage And Final Acceptance And Activities Related To The Presentation Of Reports.
