Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Discovery Teddy Bear Nursery In Biała As Part Of The Active Maluch 2022-2029 Program

The Order Includes: Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Nursery, In Accordance With The Following: 1) Part 1: Furniture A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order For Each Part Of The Order Is Specified In Appendices No. 5.1-5.5 To This Tor. 4.2. Basic Requirements: 1) The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Opz, In Particular In Terms Of Quantity, Size And Parameters. 2) The Contractor Should Provide Equipment/Equipment That Is Brand New, Unused, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2024 (The Equipment/Equipment Cannot Be Post-Demonstration Or Reconditioned, Etc.), Free From Defects, 3) The Equipment/Equipment/Equipment Offered - Should Have Current And Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law. If It Is Found That The Delivered Equipment/Equipment Is Damaged Or Does Not Correspond To The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quality, Functionality And Technical Parameters, The Contractor Will Replace It With Other Appropriate Equipment At Its Own Expense.4) The Offered Equipment/Equipment Should Meet All The Requirements Regarding Safety And Energy Consumption Specified In The Applicable Polish Law, Should Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Should Be Compliant With The Relevant Technical Standards, Have Certificates Allowing For Use In The European Union And Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (If Applies).5) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For Individual Equipment, As Indicated In Annex No. 5.1-5.5 To The Swz, The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments.6) Products Classified As Medical Devices (In Particular, Part Iii Of The Subject Of The Order) Must Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts Referred To Therein And Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 5 April 2017 On Medical Devices, Amending Directive 2001/83/Ec, Regulation (Ec) No. 178/2002 And Regulation (Ec) No. 1223/2009 And Repealing Council Directives 90/385/Eec And 93/42/Eec (Journal Of Laws Eu L. Of 2017, No. 117, P. 1, As Amended; Hereinafter Referred To As: Regulation 2017/745), And Also Have The Ce Mark And The Eu Declaration Of Conformity Or The Declarations Referred To In Art. 22 Section 1 Or 3 Of Regulation 2017/745 And Labels And Instructions For Use In Polish Or English, With The Exception Of Information Intended For The Patient, Which Is Provided In Polish Or Expressed Using Harmonized Symbols Or Recognizable Codes.7) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Marked In Accordance With The Requirements For Marketing Authorization To The Extent Defining The Subject Of The Order.
