The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Brand New Educational And Extension Kits In The Field Of Electrical Engineering/Electronics And Digital Technology (Hereinafter Referred To As The Sets) To Electronic Science Plants In Wrocław, Ul. Braniborska 57, 53-680 Wrocław (Hereinafter Referred To As The School). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: 1) A Training Set For Learning The Basics Of Electrical Engineering And Electronics (8 Pieces) And Expansion Sets (A, B, C) And A Set And A Supplementary Element (D, E), I.E.: A) Electrical Installations And Relay And Contactor Systems (Expansion Set) – 8 Pieces B) Optoelectronics (Expansion Set) – 8 Pieces C) Analog Electronics (Expansion Set) – 8 Pieces D) Set Of Cables Laboratory Cables With 4 Mm Banana Plugs (1 Piece) E) Power Cord For The Set (1 Piece)2) Training Kit For Learning The Basics Of Digital Technology (8 Pieces) And A Set And Complementary Element (A, B), I.E.: A) Set Of Laboratory Cables With 2 Mm Banana Plugs (1 Piece) B) Power Cord For The Set (1 Piece)3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Spreadsheet With Opz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz).4. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Transport The Subject Of The Order, Unload It And Bring It To The Indicated Rooms In The School (Delivery Will Take Place Directly At The School) And Clean Up Any Waste And Impurities Resulting From The Delivery And Remove Any Damage.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Sets Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged.6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Include All Accessories And Additional Equipment Indicated In Opz.7. The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Presented In The Opz Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party8. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Packed In A Way That Protects It Against Damage. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party At The Place Of Delivery, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol.9. Delivery Should Be Made Only On Working Days From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., Excluding Saturdays - Or On Another Date Approved By The Ordering Party.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Delivery Date (Day) Directly With The Ordering Party.11. Due To The Fact That The Recipients Of The Order May Include, Among Others, People With Disabilities, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Equipment Can Be Appropriately Adapted To Enable Its Use Also By Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired And Mobility Impaired People.12. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report (The Detailed Scope Of The Warranty Along With The Product Range It Applies To And The Terms Of The Warranty Are Specified In The Opz).
