The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New (Production Year Not Older Than 2026), Unused, Technically Efficient, Free From Design, Material And Workmanship Defects, Articulated Wheel Loader Adapted To Work In Closed Halls, Together With Equipment For Loading Bulk And Bulk Materials2. The Machine Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Legal Standards Of The Republic Of Poland And The European Union, Including A Valid Ce Certificate And A Declaration Of Conformity.3. The Machine Must Be Fully Adapted And Approved For Driving On Public Roads In Poland (In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law)4. The Machine Must Be Complete, Free From Design, Material And Workmanship Defects, Ready For Immediate Operation Without Additional Financial Outlays On The Part Of The Ordering Party.
