The Service Includes The Organization And Conduct Of A 2-Day Study Trip To The Greater Poland Voivodeship For An Advisory Group Of 10 People (8 Farmers And 2 Kpodr Employees In Minikowo). As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, In Particular: - Development Of A Detailed Study Trip Program With An Hourly Schedule And Obtaining Its Approval By The Ordering Party; - Transport Of Participants Along The Entire Trip Route, Including A Driver And Covering All Costs Related To The Transport; - Organization And Coordination All Study Visits Provided For In The Program; - Providing Access To The Visited Farms And Facilities And Covering All Fees Related To Their Availability; - Providing Lecturers, Speakers, Experts And Representatives Of The Visited Farms And Institutions Conducting The Substantive Part Of The Trip, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Program; - Providing A Trip Leader Responsible For The Organization And Coordination Of The Trip; - Providing Accommodation In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz; - Providing Full Board For The Participants, Including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner And Coffee Services In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz; - Ensuring Personal Accident Insurance For All Participants For The Entire Duration Of The Trip; - Preparing And Providing Participants With Organizational Materials, Including At Least The Study Trip Program; - Ensuring Ongoing Coordination Of The Service And A Person Authorized To Contact The Ordering Party Throughout The Entire Period Of Order Execution; - Covering All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including Transport Costs, Accommodation, Meals, Remuneration Of Lecturers, Speakers, Pilot, Fees For Providing Facilities, Parking Lots, Toll Roads, Insurance And Any Other Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.
