The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Together With The Authors Supervision, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Special Educational And Educational Center In Płońsk. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Design Documentation Include: A) Superstructure Of The Existing Building Over The Connector And The Main Building, In The Technical Expertise, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz Marked As New Part And Connector B) Reconstruction Of The Existing Building To The Extent Necessary To Add A Higher Storey, C) Strengthening The Existing Building Structure To Allow For The Addition Of: 1 Storey - New Part, 2 Storeys - Connector, D) Changes In The Scope Of Spatial Development, If Necessary Due To The Need For Expansion. The Ordering Party Has Analyzed The Possibility Of Building A Superstructure, The Result Of Which Is The Prepared Technical Expertise Of The Condition Of The Existing Facility Building Constituting Annex No. 1 To Opz.3. Pursuant To Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law, Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users.4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation Prepared In The Scope And Form Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In All Required Industries, Enabling The Submission Of A Complete Application For A Building Permit, Without The Need To Carry Out Any Additional Designs Or Obtain Other Additional Administrative Decisions. 5. The Prepared Documentation Must Be Prepared In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Prepare And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works, And Then Implement Them, Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Commission Additional Studies.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And Its Annexes, Including Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Annexes.
