The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Following Organoleptic Requirements: 1) Processing: Surface Of Cuts Resulting From Dividing Half-Carcasses Or Quarters Into Main Parts - Smooth; Loose Pieces Of Muscle And Fat As Well As Any Bone Fragments, Membranes, Fat Removed; Surface Congestion Is Unacceptable.2) Surface: Dry, Slightly Moist Acceptable; Smooth, Not Bloody, Not Frayed, Without Crushed Bones Or Deeper Cuts; Unacceptable Slipperiness, Mold Growth.3) Cleanliness: Clean Meat, Without Traces Of Any Contamination4) Muscle Color: Light Red, Red, Dark Red To Brown Cherry For Beef And Light Pink To Red For Pork, Light Pink For Poultry. Matting Is Permissible, Gray Or Greenish Shade Is Unacceptable.5) Consistency: Firm And Elastic.6) Smell: Specific, Characteristic Of Fresh Meat, Without Signs Of Scalding Or Beginning Spoilage; Unacceptable Foreign Smell. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Ordered Products Given In Annex 2 To The Swz Are Only Forecast Quantities Necessary For Comparing Offers, And The Actual Quantities Of Ordered Products May Change. Expected Fluctuations In The Quantity Of A Particular Product May Amount To Approximately +/-20%. Changes In The Quantity Of The Product Ordered By The Ordering Party May Not Result In Changes To The Unit Prices Given By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Actually Delivered To The Ordering Party. Demands (Quantity And Type Of Delivery) For Individual Goods Will Be Submitted Via E-Mail, Indicating The Room At The Ordering Partys Headquarters To Which The Batch Of The Order Is To Be Delivered. Together With The Delivery Of The Batch Of Ordered Goods, The Contractor Will Provide A Vat Invoice For A Given Batch Of Products. Payment For The Delivered Batch Of Products Will Be Made By Transfer From The Ordering Partys Account To The Contractors Account Indicated In The Invoice, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery. The Costs Of Packaging, Insurance, Loading, Unloading, Transport, Forwarding And All Other Costs Related To The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order Will Be Borne By The Contractor And Will Be Included In The Offer Price.
