1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Modern Ultrasonographic Equipment.2. Whenever This Swz And The Annexes Refer To Equipment, Devices, Apparatus, Equipment And Medical Devices, The Ordering Party Means Fixed Assets With Software Installed On Them, Constituting The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Opz. Whenever This Tor And The Annexes Refer To Software Or System, The Ordering Party Means The Software Installed On The Fixed Assets Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, Assembly And Installation (In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Ensuring Collision-Free Operation And Ergonomics Of Use), Commissioning, Carrying Out Tests Of Correct Operation And Putting The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Into Operation; 2) Granting An Indefinite Software License And Integrating The Ultrasound Device With The Ks-Somed System Used By The Ordering Party; 3) Conducting Training In The Operation And Basic Maintenance Of The Supplied Hardware And Software For The Ordering Partys Staff (Max. 6 People), Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party (In Accordance With The Opz);4) Granting A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract On The Terms Specified In § 5 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz (In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer).5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Documentation Attached To The Swz: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, 2) In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
