The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Felling And Caring For Trees In The Military Complexes Administered By The 22Nd Wog In The Following Towns: Olsztyn, Ostróda, Lidzbark Warmiński, Omulew, Czarny Piec, Lipowiec Commune Of Szczytno, Ciechanów And Przasnysz In The Scope, Locations And Quantities In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Are Annex No. 2 To The Swz (2A - Part 1) And The Price Form - Annex No. 5 (5A - Part 1) To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Together With The Annexes Constituting Annex No. 2 (2A - Part 1) To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fell 2 Trees In The Town Of Przasnysz Under The Supervision Of An Authorized Ornithologist In Accordance With Point 10 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Table No. 1, Items 128-129) - Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz. The Contractor Will Provide Ornithological Services On His Own And At His Own Expense, Including Commissioning And Paying The Remuneration Of The Supervising Ornithologist. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor May Not Start Cutting Down Trees Under The Supervision Of An Ornithologist Before Presenting Them To The Ordering Party No Later Than Two Weeks Before They Are Presented To The Ordering Party. Working Days Before Starting Work, Documentation Confirming The Ornithologists Qualifications: A Copy Of A Diploma Confirming Higher Education In A Specific Field, At Least A Bachelors Or Engineers Degree In Biology, Environmental Protection, Forestry Or A Related Field In The Field Of Natural Sciences. In The Absence Of A Clear Indication Of Specialization On The Diploma, It Is Allowed To Submit A Copy Of The Title Page Of The Diploma Thesis On Ornithology Or An Extract Of The Diploma Supplement Confirming Completion Of Subjects In Bird Ecology; A List Of At Least Two References Confirming Experience. Professional Services Related To Continuous Ornithological Supervision Of Tree Felling Or Construction Works Over The Last Three Years. Copies Of The Above-Mentioned Documents Will Constitute Attachments To The Report. After Performing The Service Involving The Felling Of Trees Under The Supervision Of An Ornithologist, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Ornithological Supervision Report Signed By The Ornithologist Supervising The Felling And Signed By Both Parties The Final Service Acceptance Report Approved Without Any Reservations By The Ordering Partys Infrastructure Manager Constitute A Necessary Condition For The Work To Be Considered Completed And Will Be The Basis For Payment Of The Contractors Invoice. The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase The Wood Obtained From Felling, With A Total Value Determined By The Chipper, Specified In Annexes No. 6 And No. 7
