Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Brand New Teaching Aids To Selected Schools In The Wrocław Commune And Kobierzyce Commune (Stage Iii) - Divided Into 8 Tasks

1. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Brand New Audiovisual Equipment With Accessories (Camera With Gimbal - 2 Pieces), Hereinafter Referred To As Aids, To The Primary School No. 25 In The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 15, Ul. Stanisławowska 38-44, 54 - 611 Wrocław.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Spreadsheet With Opz For Task 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz 1).3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport The Subject Of The Order, Unload It, Bring It In And Assemble It In The Indicated Rooms At The School (Delivery Will Take Place Directly To The School) And Clean Up Any Waste And Impurities Resulting From The Delivery And Remove Any Damage.4. All The Above-Mentioned Activities Will Be Performed At The School Premises.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Aids Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged.6. The Aids Offered Must Include All Accessories And Additional Equipment Indicated In Opz1.7. The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Presented In Opz1 Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party.8. When Delivering The Aid, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Operating Instructions In Polish.9. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Packed In A Way That Protects It Against Damage. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party At The Place Of Delivery, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol.10. Delivery Should Be Made Only On Working Days From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., Excluding Saturdays - Or On Another Date Approved By The Ordering Party.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Delivery Date (Day) Directly With The Ordering Party.12. Due To The Fact That The Recipients Of The Order May Include, Among Others, People With Disabilities, In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Can Be Appropriately Adapted To Enable Its Use Also By Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired And Mobility Impaired People.13. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Delivered Aids, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report (The Detailed Scope Of The Warranty, Along With The Product Range It Applies To And The Warranty Conditions, Are Specified In Opz1).
