Tenders Are Invited For Transport Of Students To The Unit. Educational Institutions Of The Przytoczna Commune, Including Providing Care For Students During Transport, In The School Year 2026/2027.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Students To The Educational Units Of The Przytoczna Commune, On The Basis Of Monthly School Tickets, On The Routes Specified In Annex 10 To The Swz, On All Days Of The Schools Operation In The 2026/2027 School Year From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, Along With Providing These Students With Care During Transport.2. The List Of Commuting Students And The Routes For Transporting And Dropping Off Students To Educational Institutions In The Przytoczna Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year Are Attached As Appendix No. 10 To The Swz. 3. The Number Of Students Transported On Individual Routes, Specified In Annex 10 To The Swz, May Change During The School Year.4. Transport Must Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure Full Availability Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order At Any Time Within The Period Referred To In Point. 1 Above. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Insure Vehicles And Passengers Against Any Damage Incurred During And In Connection With Transport And To Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order.7. Bus Drivers Must Have All Legal Qualifications And Have At Least Two Years Of Experience As A Bus Driver.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Care For Students During Their Transport To The Educational Units Of The Przytoczna Commune And On The Way Back (The Driver Cannot Act As A Guardian). Students Must Be Supervised By A Guardian Who Will Be Responsible For The Care Of Students While Boarding The Bus, While Driving And While Getting Off The Bus To The School Entrance. 9. If It Is Necessary To Change - During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Persons Performing The Activities Referred To In Point 7 And 8 Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Updated Statement Within 5 Days From The Date Of Making The Change In Question. Changing The Persons Mentioned In The List Does Not Require An Annex To The Contract, But These Persons Must Have The Required Qualifications In Accordance With Swz.10.
