The Ordering Party Commissions And The Contractor Accepts The Task Of Providing Transport And Care During Transport (Arrival And Removal) Of Disabled Students Residing In The Andrychów Commune To The Special School Complex In Wadowice, The Special Educational And Educational Center In Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, The Special Educational And Educational Center For Blind And Visually Impaired Children In Kraków, The Special Educational And Educational Center No. 2 In Kraków, The Special Educational And Educational Center No. 6 For Children And Adolescents With Hearing And Speech Disorders In Kraków, In Accordance With The List Of Routes And The Number Of Transported Disabled Students Constituting Annex No. 3. 4.2 Routes And The Number Of People Transported: Route Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Through Wadowice (Including Section I: Andrychów - Wadowice, Wadowice - Andrychów And Section Ii: Wadowice - Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, Kalwaria Zebrzydowska - Wadowice) 16 Students + 1 Reserve Places + Guardian (Provided By The Contractor). The Exact Location Of Stops As Well As The Route And Departure Times Of The Car Transporting Students Will Be Agreed With The Selected Contractor After Signing The Contract And After Preparing Lesson Plans In Individual Educational Institutions. 4.5 Transport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Timetable Provided By The Director Of Each Institution. The Student Should Be Transported To The Facility At Such A Time That It Is Possible For Him To Start Classes And, If Possible, Picked Up After Their Completion Without Unnecessary Waiting. 4.6 During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, The List Of Planned Transport Routes And The Number Of Transported Students Referred To In Annex 3 To The Swz May Change.
