1. Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Network Infrastructure And A Mass Storage System, Including: A) 3 Pcs. Of Access Network Switches With The Possibility Of Working In A Cluster (Stack), With Power Over Ethernet. B) 2 Pcs. Of Wireless Network Access Points C) Network Storage System (Nas) The Requirements Are Described In Detail In Point Iii Swz.2. Additional Information: A) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Refurbished, Complete, Delivered In The Original Packaging. The Equipment Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional And Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Use Of So-Called Devices Is Not Allowed. Refurbished.B) The Remuneration Covers All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, Including: The Cost Of Transport And Unloading And Any Other Costs That The Contractor Will Incur In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, If Any.C) All Products Offered Must Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity.E) In The Event Of A Device Failure During The Warranty Period, The Data Carriers Remain With The Ordering Party.F) In The Event Of Failure To Meet The Warranty Obligations Of The Servicing Company, The Contractor Will Assume All Obligations Related To The Service.3. The Following Means Of Evidence Must Be Attached To The Offer: A) List Of Products Offered, Confirming That The Offered Delivery Meets The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The List Must Include A List Of The Products Offered, Including Their Name, Type, Manufacturer, Model, Components Used And Their Parameters. If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Request Their Submission Or Completion Within The Specified Deadline.4. Any Proper Names Used In The Swz And In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order Are Only Examples Of The Configuration Of Products Desired By The Ordering Party, Which Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements And Will Be Compatible With The Equipment And Software Used At The Sokoły Commune Office. The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Equivalent Equipment, But Reserves The Right To Carry Out Compatibility Tests With Existing Hardware And Software. By An Equivalent Product, The Ordering Party Understands A Product With Parameters And Quality Standards That Are The Same Or Better Than The Products Indicated (Desired) By The Ordering Party.
