Family Point In The Korczyna Communethe Subject Of The Order Is To Equip The Newly Created Family Point In Korczyna In The Following Scope: A) Purchase Of Furniture For The Rooms, B) Purchase Of Furniture For The Cloakroom, C) Purchase Of Toys And Educational Aids, D) Purchase Of Kitchen Equipment, E) Purchase Of Multimedia Equipment. The Equipment Offered Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production, Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals Required By Law. Rights Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Supplied Equipment In The Amount Specified By The Manufacturer, But Not Less Than 24 Months. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials, Equipment And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation. When Performing The Order, The Contractor May Use Materials, Equipment, Devices And Accessories From Any Manufacturer, Provided That They Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Tender Documentation. Bearing In Mind That The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To The Documents Indicated In Art. 30 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
