The Subject Of The Order Is: Transport Service, Provided By At Least Five Of The Contractors Means Of Transport (Buses) In The Amount Of 530 Km Per Day, Including: 1) Transport Of Students On School Days To Classes In Primary Schools, Kindergarten Classes At Primary Schools And Kindergarten - From A Town In The Twardogóra Commune To The Headquarters Of Educational Institutions: Primary School No. 2. Jana Pawła Ii In Twardogóra At Ul. Stefana Batory 5 And Ul. Jadwigi 7, Primary School In Goszcz, Goszcz Ul. Szkolna 1, Primary School In Grabowno Wielkie, Grabowno Wielkie 139A, Municipal Kindergarten In Twardogóra At Ul. Poznańska 10, Municipal Kindergarten At Ul. Batorego 5 - 215 Km Per Day (5 Buses) In Accordance With The Transport Plan (Timetable), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract, 2) Transport Of Students On School Days After Classes From The Headquarters Of Educational Institutions, Indicated Above In Point 1) To The Students Place Of Residence In The Twardogóra Commune - 315 Km Per Day (5 Buses) In Accordance With The Transport Plan (Timetable), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Project Contract3) The Ordering Party Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Pzp Reserves The Right To Launch Additional Courses In The Twardogóra Commune, Also On Routes Other Than Those Indicated In The Swz, Up To A Total Average Of 110 Km Per Month, Including The Transport Of Students To Additional Classes, Performances, Events, In Particular To Classes - Swimming Lessons, Conducted At The Dolnosląski Delfinek Indoor Swimming Pool. Additional Transport Will Be Carried Out According To The Occasional Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party. 4) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Frequency Of Courses, As Well As Changing The Length Of The Route Of One Course, If There Are Circumstances Justifying The Need For Such A Change, Up To The Amount Specified In Point 3, Second Sentence. Such Circumstances Include In Particular: Changes In School Hours, Random Accidents Of Students Resulting In The Extension Of The Course Route, And An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Students Transported On Individual Routes. The Above Changes Only Result In A Reduction Or Extension Of The Course Route And Do Not Affect The Rate Per 1 Km Offered By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate Additional Costs During The Execution Of The Order Either On The Part Of The Ordering Party Or The Contractor, Other Than Those Included In The Offer, In Which The Costs Incurred During The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Calculated By The Product Of The Rate For 1 Km, The Number Of Kilometers Per Day (530 Km) And The Number Of Days In The School Year (186).
