The Contractor Declares That It Operates On The Basis Of A Permit/License, Has The Rights Or Declares That The Provisions Of The Above-Mentioned Act Do Not Apply To The Contractor In Terms Of The Obligation To Obtain A License Or Permit For The Transport Of Persons And That It Has Appropriate Means Of Transport, As Well As Employees With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations To Perform This Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law. 4.
