The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Technical Design, Land Development, Multi-Disciplinary Architectural And Construction Design And Obtaining A Building Permit For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Teaching Building In Order To Create A Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center In Puck.2. The Scope Of Design Work Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, 2) Performance Of Geotechnical Research, 3) Development Of A Land Development Project, Taking Into Account Fire Protection Conditions. 4) Development Of A Multi-Disciplinary Architectural And Construction Project To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Along With Arrangements, Including Fire Protection Conditions 5) Inventory Of The Existing Teaching Building, 6) Representing The Investor In Obtaining A Building Permit, 7) Developing A Technical Design For The Following Sectors: Construction, Sanitary And Electrical, 8) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Following Stages, I.E.: 1) Stage I, Which Includes: A) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, B) Geotechnical Research, C) Inventory Of The Existing Teaching Building, D) Preparation Of A Land Development Project Taking Into Account Fire Protection Conditions.
