The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Septic Tanker For Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office In Sępólno Krajeńskie At Ul. E. Orzeszkowa 8. Used Vehicle After Major Renovation. The Minimum Requirements For The Vehicle Are Detailed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To This Tor. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law And Free From Any Legal Or Physical Defects. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Marked With The Ce Mark. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Financed In The Form Of Leasing. The Choice Of The Lessor Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Finalize The Purchase Within 30 Days Of Informing The Ordering Party About The Readiness Of The Subject Of The Order For Collection. After Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform A Technical Inspection Of The Vehicle Within The Time Agreed With The Contractor, At The Vehicle Inspection Station Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Costs Of The Technical Examination Are Borne By The Ordering Party. If The Result Of The Technical Examination Reveals Physical Defects Of The Vehicle, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Withdraw From Concluding The Contract With The Contractor, And In Such A Case The Contractor Has No Right To Submit Any Claims To The Ordering Party.
