1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Cleaning Products, Hereinafter Referred To As Goods, To The Nicolaus Copernicus University In Toruń.2. The Subject Of The Order, Its Scope And Quality Requirements Are Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - A Detailed Summary, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Delivered Goods Must Be Brand New And Packed. The Ordering Party Considers Brand New Goods To Be New Goods That Do Not Show Any Signs Of Use.4. The Goods Will Be Delivered Directly To Approximately 50 Units Of The Ordering Party, Indicated In The Order, Located In Toruń Or In Piwnice Near Toruń (Postal Code 87-148 Łysomice), Or In Bachotek (Postal Code 87-313 Brzozie). During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Expects Approximately 350 Deliveries. 5. The Quantities Of Goods Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Although Determined With Due Care - Are Estimates, The Actual Quantities Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.
