The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Producing Calendars For 2027, Including Delivery And Unloading At The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Following Quantities: 1) A5 Book Calendar - 675 Pcs. 2) A5 Premium Book Calendar - 50 Pcs. 3) A4 Book Calendar - 120 Pcs. 4) A6 Book Calendar - 650 Pcs. 5) Calendar Three-Fold – 1,560 Pcs. 6) Desk Calendar, Standing, Vertical, Weekly – 400 Pcs. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Name And Code: Printing And Delivery Services - 79823000-9, Calendars - 30199792-8.4. The Contractors Tasks Will Include Graphic Development Of The Calendars Referred To In Point 1, Taking Into Account The Requirements Described In The Swz And Annex No. 1 To The Swz.5. The Contractor Calculates The Offer Price In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz - Price Form, In Which He Must Include All Costs Related To The Provision Of The Service, Including The Delivery And Unloading Of The Subject Of The Order At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Calendars Be Of High Quality, Brand New And Complete. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Detail In The Swz And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Any Trademarks Indicated There Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order And Are Intended To Indicate Its Quality. Due To The Above, Contractors May Submit Equivalent Offers, Which Will Be Considered As Offers Containing The Subject Of The Contract Meeting The Described Requirements.7. On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Patterns Of Markings, Logos, Texts And Photos Necessary To Prepare Graphic Designs And Prints.8. Prints And Markings Applied To Calendars Must Be Of High Quality, I.E. Clear, Durable, Without Traces Of Scratches Or Losses Of Paint Or Shape, With High Color Saturation.9. The Contractor Will Transfer To The Ordering Party, Without Charging Additional Fees, The Copyrights To The Designs Created During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Upon Payment Of The Remuneration, In Accordance With The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 24).10.
