1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Furniture Equipment For Kindergarten And Nursery Rooms As Part Of The Investment Called Adaptation Of The Existing Sz. P. Building In Jelnica Into A Municipal Kindergarten And Nursery Along With Land Development. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Kindergarten And Nursery Building, Located At Jelnica 84, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski. Part 1 Of The Order - Furniture For Storage - Rooms 1/4, 1/8, 1/9, 1/11, Which Includes The Following Elements: - A Set Of Storage Furniture With A Wardrobe For Bedding In Room 1/4 - 1 Set; - A Set Of Storage Furniture With A Bedding Wardrobe In Room 1/8 - 1 Set; - Set Of Furniture For Storage In Room 1/9 - 1 Set; - Set Of Furniture For Storage In Room 1/11 – 1 Set; - Kindergarten Cots With Mattress And Bedding For The Room. 1/4 - 25 Sets - Kindergarten Cots With Mattress And Bedding For The Room. 1/8 – 25 Sets - Trolleys For Kindergarten Beds For Nursery Rooms. 1/4 – 2 Pcs. - Trolleys For Kindergarten Beds For Nursery Rooms. 1/8 – 2 Pcs. - Cover For Kindergarten Cots For The Room. 1/4 – 2 Pcs. - Cover For Kindergarten Cots For The Room. 1/8 - 2 Pcs. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions: 2.1 Deliveries Will Be Made To The Rooms Listed In Point 1.2.2. Delivery Should Be Understood As The Delivery Of Elements Together With Bringing Them To The Indicated Premises, Assembly (If The Product Is Delivered In Parts) And Assembly. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Assembly Elements In The Offer. It Is Unacceptable To Send The Subject Of The Order By Courier Without Ensuring That The Contractors Representatives Are Ready To Collect It At The Destination.2.3. All Elements Constituting The Equipment Of A Given Room Must Be Adapted To The Layout Of The Room And Its Dimensions, And Therefore Must Harmonize With Each Other In Terms Of Aesthetics And Functionality. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Specification Of The Offered Equipment, Which Will Be Accompanied By A Diagram Of The Room With The Location Of Individual Elements.2.4. In The Valuation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Costs Related To The Delivery And Installation Of Elements In The Indicated Rooms, Including All Assembly Materials.2.5. The Specification Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment Was Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz. 2.6. All Delivered Products Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Safe To Use. 2.7. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Of Directives And Standards Regarding The Safety Of Furniture In Educational Institutions (If Applicable).2.8.
