6.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of Fire Protection Road No. 5 In The Brzeźno Forestry - Stage Ii The Scope Of The Order Covers From Km 0+747.00 To Km 1+624.00 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Preparatory And Earthworks;  Construction Of Substructure And Surface: Roads, Intersections, Exits And Passing Areas;  Construction Of Roadsides And Ditches;  Finishing Works. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To: Due To The Size Of The Investment Project And The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out Based On One Building Permit, Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Not Possible. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Order Within The Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Planned By The Ordering Party.
